良性位置性阵发性眩晕的诊断及手法治疗 被引量：3

摘要 良性位置性阵发性眩晕（BPPV）是临床上常见的疾病,其发病率约占眩晕患者的20%,在老年眩晕患者中其发病率可达50%,其手法复位治疗在临床上已经取得了良好的治疗效果[1,2]。临床上有些诊断明确但同时伴有严重眩晕的患者常常导致临床医师的困惑。
