摘要
瓣膜置换手术复杂,病人心功能差,术后心律失常的并发症较多而严重。本文着重介绍术后心律失常的处理。临床资料一、一般情况:本组自1980年1月～1986年12月瓣膜置换60例,女36例,男24例;年龄15～48岁,平均32岁。(表1)

All recovered Some ex-periences in management of arrhythmia wereshowed in this paper. Potassium supportin time and defibrilator by bed wereimportant for the prophylasis and treatmentof ventricular arrhythmia. Epicardia pacingline is useful for the severe cases or the caseof postoperative bradycardia, and is the excel- lant choice
