膀胱小细胞癌合并移行细胞癌1例报道并文献复习
摘要
小细胞癌（small cell carcinoma,SCC）又称为未分化癌、燕麦细胞癌或小细胞神经内分泌癌,是一种分化程度低、侵袭性很高的恶性肿瘤,最常见于肺部.除肺部之外还可见于颈部、气管、乳腺、食管、胃、大肠、小肠、皮肤以及泌尿生殖道等.膀胱SCC在临床上罕见,与常见的移行细胞癌相比,膀胱SCC在组织发生、病理特征、治疗及预后等方面有比较显著的差别.重庆市黑龙江中心医院于2009年11月收治膀胱SCC患者1例,现将有关资料结合文献复习讨论如下.
