摘要
循环经济作为一种新的经济发展模式,近年来备受关注。吉林省在探索循环经济的发展模式上,应当结合自身的资源优势和产业优势,在重点建设"五大基地"的基础上,充分利用玉米资源,率先在全国建立两大新基地,即生物化工材料基地和生物能源基地,使之成为吉林省老工业基地振兴的新方向和新亮点。
Circular economy is a new mode of the development of economics which has been concerned recently.In order to search on the development mode of circular economy,Jilin Province should build two new bases（the base of biology and chemical material and the base of biological）in China through taking full advantage of corn and combining resource superiority with industrial advantages based on five key construction bases.All of these will be the new direction and bright spot of revitalizing old industrial bases of Jilin Province.
