摘要
2010年初以来,国家密集出台了一系列房地产新政,盐城作为三线城市,房地产市场基本保持稳定,房地产金融呈趋缓迹象。"十二五"期间,盐城房地产业面临着诸多良好的发展机遇,存在巨大的扩张空间。为此,应认真研究盐城市房地产市场的运行特点及存在问题,为其平稳、有序、健康发展提供相关建议。
Series of new policies on real estate came out after early 2010.The real estate market of Yancheng,which is a remote city,remains generally stable,and the real estate finance has slackened off sign.During the ＂twelfth five-year-plan outline＂ the real estate industry of Yancheng will face a good development opportunities and vast expansion of space is exist as well.According it should be carefully studied about operation characteristics and the problems of Yancheng real estate market,and offer advice to insure it develop smoothly,orderly and healthy.
