摘要
目的:探讨急性低氧暴露不同模拟高度对优秀男子散打运动员强度的影响,讨论散打运动员进行低氧训练的有效负荷强度及其适宜的模拟高度。方法:以8名优秀散打运动员为研究对象,采用跑台和功率自行车为运动器械并固定负荷,通过调整不同模拟高度观察急性低氧暴露时运动员相关指标的变化。结果:随高度递增乳酸-负荷曲线、心率-负荷曲线、RPE-负荷曲线均出现左移,利用跑台得出的指标-负荷曲线左移幅度小于功率自行车,血氧饱和度与低氧高度呈高度负相关。结论:进行低氧训练模拟高度的变化对训练负荷影响较大,适宜的模拟高度可以得到较为合理的刺激,所得数据变化可为教练员、运动员在散打低氧训练中选择负荷提供一定的参考。
purpose:Investigation the effect to excellent male Sanda athlete's load intensity in Impatient low oxygen reveal different simulated altitude,discuss the proper altitude and the apply of relevance index in low oxygen train of free fighting athlete.Method: Take 8 excellent Sanda athletes as object of study,adopt run platform and power bicycle as an exerciser and fix load,through adjusting diversity simulating altitude observe the change of athlete's relevance index in Impatient low oxygen reveal. Results: Follow the increase of altitude,lactic acid-load curve,pulses-load curve,RPE-load curve all appear to move to left,the Index-load curve move extent to left in using of run platform be smaller than using power bicycle,blood oxygen saturation appears the altitude shoulder a relevance with low oxygen altitude.Conclusion: the proper altitude of the free fighting athlete for low oxygen train is 1500 meters to 2300 meters,the data changes gains from thus can provide the certain reference in choosing load in low oxygen train for coach and athlete.
