摘要
我国移动通信业新一轮重组完成后,国内主要电信运营商均着力于在移动互联网市场中谋求新的业务增长点,抢占竞争优势。而随着移动通信产业链专业化分工和复杂性的加剧,对产业链进行纵向整合成为推动产业发展的关键。本文研究移动通信产业链纵向整合模式,主要考虑产业链各参与者之间的组织模式与利益协调问题,运用非合作博弈和合作博弈的有关理论讨论不同产业链纵向组织模式下的均衡解和产业链整体绩效,并利用Shapley值法合理协调各参与者的收益分配。最后,通过计算和仿真模拟比较不同组织模式下参与者的个人效用和产业链整体绩效,讨论分析参与者的博弈选择和产业链的稳定性均衡。
After the new- round restructuring of China＇s mobile communication industry is completed, the main domestic telecom operators are all sparing no effort to seek new business growth and seize competitive advantages in the mobile internet market. Along with the increasing specialization and complexity of mobile conanunication industry chain, vertical integration becomes the key to promote industrial development. This paper studies the vertical integration model of mobile communication industrial chain, and it mainly considers industrial organizational mooles and interests cooniination between each participant. This paper uses the theory of cooperative game and noncooperative game to discuss the equilibrium solutions and the overall performance of the industrial chain in different industrial organizational models. What＇s more, it makes use of the Shapley method to coordinate the distribution of revenue for all participants. Finally, by calculating and comparing each participant＇s individual utility and overall perfomance of the industrial chain in different industrial organizational models, this paper analyzes each participant＇s choices and the stability equilibrium of the industrial chain.
