摘要
通过对科研院所创新能力构成要素的分析,提出了针对科研院所创新能力提升状况的评价指标体系和评价方法,并对科研机构整体创新能力和个体创新能力的提升状况进行了评价,探讨了影响创新能力整体提升的主要因素。
Through the analysis on the inscape of scientific research institutions＇ innovation ability, which is composed of primary index, secondary index, and their relevant weights, the paper puts forward the evaluation index system and evaluation methods of scientific research institutions＇ innovation ability improvement, conducts assessments of scientific research institutions＇ integral innovation ability improvement and individual innovation ability improvement, and finds out problems which influence the integral improvement of innovation ability.
