摘要 目的 观察环氧合酶(COX-2)和碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)在子宫内膜异位症(Ems)中的表达,并探讨其在子宫内膜异位症发病机制中的作用.方法 采用免疫组化技术检测COX-2和bFGF在34例Ems的异位内膜及在位内膜组织、30例正常子宫内膜中的表达.结果 ①COX-2及bFGF在异位内膜的表达水平显著高于在位内膜和正常子宫内膜(P均<0.05).而COX-2及bFGF在Ems在位内膜的表达显著高于正常子宫内膜(P均<0.05).②Ems的异位内膜、在位内膜中COX-2和bFGF的表达之间有显著相关性.结论 COX-2和bFGF在子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展中起重要作用. Objective To observe the expression of cyelooxygenase-2(COX-2) and basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF) in endometriosis,and to explore their possible role in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods Expression of COX-2 and bFGF in normal endometrium from 30 people as well as ectopic endometrium and eutopic endo-metrium from 34 patients with endometriosis were detected by immunohistochemistry. The data was analyzed with SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results ①Tbe expression level of COX-2 and bFGF in the ectopic endometriotic tissues was significantly higher than those in the eutopic endometrium and normal endometrium( P 〈 0.05 ). And the expression level of both COX-2 and bFGF in the eutopic endometrium was significantly higher than that in normal endometrium(P 〈 0.05 ). ②There was significant correlation between the expression of COX-2 and bFGF both in the ectopic endometriotic and eutopic endometrium tissues. Conclusions Both COX-2 and bFGF contributed to the pathogenesis of endometriosis. This study would provide the basal theory for clinic and search new target for the treatment for endometriosis.
