技术干预对广东省三甲医院的3种外科手术预防性应用抗菌药物合理性的影响 被引量：8

摘要 目的研究技术干预对3种外科清洁手术预防性应用抗菌药物的合理性的影响。方法对甲状腺手术、乳腺手术、腹股沟疝手术病例用药情况做基线调查,并采取干预措施,对干预前后用药合理性进行对照。结果我国医院一类切口手术抗菌药不合理使用现象非常普遍,80%～90%的病例存在不合理用药情况,不合理用药的主要原因是无适应症用药。实施干预措施后,各项合理用药指标有很大改善,进步明显。结论清洁手术围手术期抗菌药物使用存在使用率偏高、用药针对性不强等问题。实施干预措施后,各样本医院在有适应症用药的合理性方面进步很显著,提示技术干预有效。
