摘要
根据侵染节瓜3种病毒——小西葫芦黄花叶病毒(ZYMV)、番木瓜环斑病毒(PRSV)和黄瓜花叶病毒(CMV)的外壳蛋白基因保守区序列设计特异引物,在建立各种病毒单项PCR技术的基础上,通过优化多重PCR反应条件,初步建立了能同步、快速、灵敏地检测这3种病毒的多重PCR检测体系,为节瓜病毒病原的检测提供了理论与技术支持。
According to the conserved nucleotide sequences of coat protein genes of Zucchini yellow mosaic virus(ZYMV),Papaya ring spot virus(PRSV)and Cucumber mosaic virus(CMV)infected chieh-qua specific primers were designed. Based on the establishment of the optimal RT-PCR for the single detection of ZYMV,PRSV and CMV,a multiplex RT-PCR protocol for the detection of three viruses on chieh-qua was developed,which provided a simple,rapid and economic method for simultaneous detection of three chieh-qua viruses to support the pathogen detection of chieh-qua technically and theoretically.
