改良的Yokoyama术治疗高度近视眼合并固定性内下斜视一例 被引量：1

摘要 高度近视眼合并固定性内斜视是一种特殊类型的斜视，其斜视度数常进行性增加，晚期多合并下斜视。患眼外转、上转受限，常规手术方式治疗效果不理想。我们应用硅胶带替代缝线改良Yokoyama术联合内直肌超常量后徙术治疗高度近视眼合并固定性内下斜视1例，术后效果满意，现报告如下。
