Ⅲ度以上陈旧性会阴裂伤改良修补术的临床应用 被引量：4

摘要 目的探讨Ⅲ度以上陈旧性会阴裂伤改良修补术的手术方法及临床应用效果。方法对我院2007年4月至2010年10月因Ⅲ度以上陈旧性会阴裂伤患者19例行改良修补术的临床效果进行分析。其中绝经组9例,非绝经组10例。结果 19例手术均获成功。绝经组,非绝经组在手术时间、出血量、住院日比较无差异(P>0.05),术后随访5个月至3年半,会阴体愈合好,无大便失禁及直肠膨出,性生活满意,手术并发症1例,为非绝经组的术后伤口愈合不良,经局部处理后治愈。结论改良的会阴修补术,对治疗Ⅲ度以上陈旧性会阴裂伤是一种安全、有效的手术方法。
