DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 目的:探讨DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的措施及临床效果。方法:对2010—2011年我院行内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折患者32例的临床资料进行分析。结果:所有患者均获随访,随访时间最短4个月,最长13个月,平均7个月,优23例,良6例,中3例,优良率为90.63%(29/32)。骨折愈合时间6～8周,无1例发生褥疮及感染。结论:DHS内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折能够促进患者的病情恢复,提高生活质量。
