多种超声技术在胰腺内分泌肿瘤中的应用进展 被引量:1

摘要 胰腺内分泌肿瘤(pancreatic endocrine tumor,PET)是起源于胰腺内分泌细胞(胰岛细胞)的肿瘤。临床上,PET较少见,国外统计资料显示其年发病率约为4/100万,占胰腺肿瘤的1%~2%。PET可发生于任何年龄,而高峰发病年龄在30~60岁间。根据患者的特征性临床表现和实验室检查,诊断PET一般不难,而影像学检查可对肿瘤进行定位诊断,并可明确肿瘤与周围大血管间的关系,从而为手术治疗提供帮助。
