摘要
鉴于机动车数量的日益增加及其对空气质量和人类健康所造成的严重危害,各国政府普遍重视对机动车排放污染的治理,美国在这方面处于世界领先地位。借助相对完善的法律体系和有力的执行机构,通过实施系统的机动车排放污染治理项目,在政府、厂商、公众多主体的共同参与下,美国的机动车排放污染治理取得了显著成就,也为我国提供了可借鉴的经验。
In view of the increasing number of vehicles and their serious harm to the air quality and human health,governments in the world have paid attention to vehicle emission pollution,the United States is in the leading position.With relatively perfect legal system and effective enforcement of institutions,through the implementation of the systematic vehicle emission pollution treatment projects,with the participation of the government,manufacturer,and the public,the vehicle emission pollution treatment in the United States accomplished remarkable achievements,and provided experience for reference for China.
