脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白是脂肪酸结合蛋白家族成员之一,与体重、糖脂代谢紊乱、高血压关系密切,有助于代谢综合征的诊断及预测。近年来逐渐成为动脉粥样硬化的标记物,并为动脉粥样硬化的治疗提供了新的靶点。
