摘要 脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白是脂肪酸结合蛋白家族成员之一,与体重、糖脂代谢紊乱、高血压关系密切,有助于代谢综合征的诊断及预测。近年来逐渐成为动脉粥样硬化的标记物,并为动脉粥样硬化的治疗提供了新的靶点。 Adipocyte lipid binding protein is part of the fatty acid-binding protein family.It is connected with body weight,lipid and glucose metabolism,and plays a key role in hypertension.It is also useful in the diagnosis and prediction of metabolic syndrome.In recent years it has also become a marker of atherosclerosis.Adipocyte lipid binding protein is and provides new targets for the treatment of atherosclerosis.
