摘要
以被石油基润滑油污染的土壤为出发菌源,通过增加环境选择压力的方法,驯化、筛选分离出对石油基润滑油具有一定降解能力的菌株RHY-1,该菌株的100 mL菌悬液48 h对5 mL润滑油的降解率为82.4%,可生长的pH值范围为3.0~11.0,可耐受的NaCl浓度为27 g.L-1;在30℃、pH值为8.0、NaCl浓度为10 g.L-1的条件下,生长状况较好。加入较高浓度石油基润滑油形成较大的环境选择压力,是获得新性状菌种的较好方法,具有一定的实际应用价值。
With lubricating oil contaminated soil as starting bacterial source,a biodegradation strain RHY-1 for lubricating oil was acclimated,screened and isolated through the method of raising the selective pressure in the environment.When 5 mL of lubricating oil was degraded for 48 h by 100 mL of bacterial suspension liquid,its degradation rate reached 82.4%.The strain RHY-1 could grow in the pH value range of 3.0~11.0 and at the NaCl concentration of 27 g·L^-1,and it grew well under the conditions of pH value of 8.0,temperature of 30 ℃ and NaCl concentration of 10 g·L^-1.The experimental results show raising selective pressure in the environment is a good method to obtain strains with new properties and has some actual application value.
