摘要
本文报道了偏振膜的激光损伤特性,研究了膜系结构与损伤阈值的关系及保护膜的作用。
Laser damage characteristics of film polarizers are reported and the relationship between the damage thresholds, fllm-desiga structures and overcoats are investigated.
