摘要
1979～1988年间我院共施行臀肌重建手术75例,其中男10例,女35例,平均随访1年2个月,效果良好的58例,良好率占81％。本文对不同年龄、术式的效果及手术有关问题进行了讨论。
From 1979 to 1988, 75 Cases of paralysis of the gluteus muscle were treated. There were 40 males and 35 females. followed up for 1 year and 2 months in average. The result was satisfactory in 58 cases(81％). Operative indication and problems happened were discussed in detail.
