摘要
解放战争时期,为了争取战争的胜利,毛泽东高度重视民生,系统地阐述了解决民生的重要性,构建了解决民生的理论框架,提出了解决民生的具体政策。毛泽东在此时期的民生思想以及有效落实,是中国共产党迅速取得解放战争胜利的重要因素。这些思想对我们今天解决民生也有重要的启示。
During the war of liberation,and in order to win the war,Mao Zedong attached great importance to people＇s livelihood.He systematically explained the importance of people＇s livelihood,constructed the theoretical framework for it,and put forth some concrete methods to its improvement.Mao Zedong＇s thought about people＇s livelihood,together with the successful implementation of it,is of vital importance to our Party＇s victory of the war in short time then and of much enlightenment to our dealing with people＇s livelihood now.
