摘要
从西宁奶牛场青贮玉米根系分离出促生菌,依据形态、培养性状、生理生化特征,鉴定为蜡状芽胞杆菌(Bacillus cereus),该菌株能明显促进青贮玉米幼苗生长。
A stain of plant Growth Promoting Rhizolbacteria (PGPR) was isolated from the roots of silage maize growing in Xining Dairy Farm.According to the morphological, cultural, physiological and biochemical characteristics, it was identified as Bacillus cereus, Which Stimulated the growth of silage maize seedling markedly.
