摘要
采用沥青加铺层结构是修补旧水泥路面的有效方法,由于旧水泥路面裂缝的存在,沥青加铺层易产生反射裂缝。建立三维有限元模型,对水泥混凝土路面加铺沥青层结构的受力特性进行了分析,通过分别改变加铺层厚度,夹层模量及轴载,得出加铺层应力响应的变化规律,并对不同加铺层结构在温度荷载耦合作用下的应力进行了对比分析。其结论对实际工程中选取合理的加铺层结构具有一定的参考意义。
Paving additional asphalt layer is an effective method for repairing old cement pavement. However, with the crack on the old cement pavement, some reflective crack may occur on the additional asphalt layer. This paper has established a three - dimensional finite element model, and analyzed the mechanical characteristics of the additional asphalt layer on the old cement pavement, and drawn the variation rule of stress response of additional asphalt layer by respectively changing the thickness of additional asphalt layer, the modulus of interlayer and loader, and also analyzed the temperature -load coupling stress of the different layer structure. Its conclusion will nrovide some reference for selecting reasonable additional asphalt laver structure.
