摘要
重点对沥青混合料在摊铺过程中如何进行质量控制进行分析探讨。首先从分析沥青混合料摊铺过程中材料变异如何产生人手,进而将沥青混合料摊铺过程质量控制分为料斗受料质量控制和螺旋布料器分料质量控制两个环节,并对各环节离析的产生及解决离析的有效措施和方法进行分析研究。
This paper has analyzed emphatically how to control the paving quality of asphalt mixture in the paving process. Starting firstly with analyzing materials variation of asphalt mixture in the paving process, this paper has divided quality control of asphalt mixture in the paving process into two links, the quality control of the hopper accepting mixture and the quality control of the distributor assigning mixture, and analyzed and studied the effective measures and methods on solving segregation and the reason of producing segregation in all sectors. The research results will provide effective technical reference for the highway asphalt pavement construction.
