摘要
本文探讨了PHA、CD_3单克隆抗体、IL-2体外诱导正常人脾细胞培养上清液抗肿瘤效应及其对LAK细胞抗肿瘤效应的增强作用。结果显示，IL-2诱导脾细胞的培养上清液在体外不仅具有直接杀伤肿瘤细胞效应，并且能增强LAK细胞的抗肿瘤作用。PHA、抗CD_3单克隆抗体和IL-2联合刺激可增强脾细胞培养上清液杀伤肿瘤细胞效应。
The anti-tumor effect of splenocytes supernatant cultured with PHA,antiCD_3 McAb and IL-2 were investigated in vitro.The resulst showed that the supernatant of cultured Splenocyte induced by IL-2 not only had a certain power to kill tumor cells directly,but also enhanced anti-tumor activity of LAK cell indirectly.The anti-tumor effects of splenocytes supernatant cutured with IL-2 can be improved by co-stimulation with PHA and anti-CD_3 McAb．
