提出面向对象的开发方法，以第四代语言为开发工具，并与快速原型法和关系数据库相结合，旨在提出一套简单并有效的方法来解决应用软件开发问题。
he authors develop the software with Object-Oriented Analysis and Design by using the fourth generation language as developing tool and by means of combining with the quick prototype and the related database. The goal is to propose a simple and effective method to resolve the problem of developing the application software and to accelerate the adoption of the railway application software in the nationwide.
