摘要
目的:应用高压微波加热技术对现行常规免疫组化检测技术进行改进,以提高免疫组化检测的灵敏度。方法:用改进法与常规方法分别对20例肝瘤标本同时进行丙型肝炎病毒抗原(HCVAg)的检测,然后比较其结果。结果与结论:改进法的HCVAg检出率为70%,常规方法的检出率为30%,前者的阳性信号强度明显高于后者,表明高压微波加热免疫组化改进法优于常规方法。
High pressure/microwave heating techniques were added to routine protocols for improving sensitivity of immunohistochemical assay.Both the modified and routine protocols were applied for detecting hepatits C virus antigen (HCVAg) in twenty hepatocellular carcinoma samples and their sensitivity was compared.The results showed that there was a higher detection rate (70%) and a very clear background with the new improved protocol than that (30%) with the routine one.
