FeB对铁铜基摩擦材料性能的影响

Effects of FeB on the properties of Fe-Cu based frictional materials

摘要 研究了0~10%的FeB对铁铜基摩擦材料性能的影响。研究发现,其摩擦因数随FeB的增加而增加;摩擦材料的磨损在制动压力为0.6 MPa时,随FeB的增加而有所下降;当压力增加到1.1MPa,制动速度为7500 r/min时,材料的磨损随FeB的增加有所下降。而制动速度为6 500 r/min时,磨损随FeB的增加而增加。研究还发现,摩擦材料中的FeB在烧结过程中与Fe反应形成了Fe_2B,这种Fe_2B既起摩擦组元作用又起强化基体作用。 The effects of FeB (0~10%) on the properties of Fe-Cu based frictional materials were studied. The results indicate that its friction coefficient increases with the increasing of FeB amounts, however, its wear downtrends at the brake pressure of 0.6 MPa. Such effect still exists when the brake pressure reaches 1.1 MPa with the brake speed of 7 500 r/min, but at the brake speed of 6 500 r/min, the amount of wear increases with the increasing of FeB amounts. It is also found that FeB in frictional materials can react with Fe to form Fe_2B during sintering, and Fe_2B acts as both the friction component and reinforce phase in the frictional materials.
