摘要
来华留学生教育是教育国际化的一个重要组成部分。经济全留学生工作提供了新的机遇，我们应面对二十一世纪教育国际化的发展，围绕我国社会主义现代化建设和高等教育发展远景，探索和思考新时期来华留学生工作，深入贯彻落实“深化改革、完善管理、保证质量、积极稳妥地发展”来华留学生工作的指导方针。
The international student education is one of the important parts of education internationalization. The globalization of science and economy has brought new opportedties for intemaional student education to Chinese higher institutions. Therefore, universities must xeize the chances to reform the internationalstudent education system, to strengthen the teaching, and probe into new ways for the effectove management.
