摘要
加强和改进高校发展党员工作,把优秀的大学生吸收到党的队伍中来,是党的事业发展的需要。根据民办高校的特点,积极探索有效途径,着力抓好组织发展工作的几个环节。
It is necessary for CCP’s enterprise to strengthen and improve Party recruitment from colleges so as to attract excellent students for membership. In light of the features of private colleges, we shall explore effective ways to fulfill some tasks of the organization development work.
