摘要
近年来,日本在军事上的频频举动再次引发人们对和平宪法的深入思考。和平宪法是在特定的历史背景下产生的。在宪法第九条的基础上产生了八项和平原则,它与宪法第九条一起构战后日本和平精神的要义。和平宪法自生效的那一刻起,就遗留了许多历史问题。这些遗留问题主要包括"芦田修正"、非军事化不彻底和宪法的严肃执行问题。
Recently the military actions of Japan have aroused people’s deep thought about the 9th Term of the Japanese Peaceful Constitution, which had come into being under the special historical backgrounds. The Eight Peaceful Principles based on the 9th Term of the Constitution together with the 9th Term compose the purport of Japanese peaceful spirit. The Japanese Peaceful Constitution has left behind many historical problems since it was put into effect, which mainly include "Lutian Modification", uncompleted demilitarization and implementation of the Constitution seriously.
