超临界CO_2状态下用一级大豆油研制润滑油基础油 被引量:1

Study on Development of Basic Lubricating Oil by the Best Soybean in Supercritical CO_2 State

摘要 采用Pd/C做催化剂,在CO2超临界状态下对一级大豆油进行氢化反应研究,拟用来作润滑油基础油,确定了最佳工艺条件:催化剂用量0.06%,反应时间45min,温度50℃,总压力9MPa,搅拌速度200r/min。在此条件下,所得氢化大豆油的碘值为84.77gI2/100g;黏度为7.85Pa.s;过氧化值为0.83mmol/kg;酸值为0.15mgKOH/g。产品可代替3%传统的矿物油基础油,是一种无污染,可再生,绿色环保的新能源。 With Pd/C used as a catalyst,the hydrogenation process of the best soybean oil was conducted in the supercritical CO2 condition and it was used as basic lubricating oil.Then,the optimum conditions were determined as follows:the amount of catalyst 0.06%,reaction time 45 min,the reaction temperature 50 ℃,total pressure 9 MPa and stirring speed 200 r/min.Under the said condition,it was obtained for the Hydrogenation of soybean oil that:the iodine value was 84.77 gI2/100 g;the viscosity value was 7.85 Pa·s;POV was 0.83 mmol/kg;AV was 0.15 mg KOH/g.The product could be used to replace 3% of the traditional mineral base oil,so that a new clean,renewable and green energy was found out.
