摘要
本文介绍了波片测量的两种不同的方法。一种是电光调制零示补偿法,该方法测量精度高,但方法复杂,另一种是标准片补偿法,方法简单,能对波片的推迟量和快慢轴同时测定,但精度稍低。
Two different methods of measuring wave plate are described in this paper.Oneis electro-optic medulation compensation,high accuracy,but inconvenient;the other is standardplate compensation,which is simple and can measure both retardation amount and fast/slow axesof wave plates,but the accuracy is a little low.
