摘要
在某水利枢纽工程大坝沥青混凝土心墙摊铺过程中,由于受环境温度,工作面风速,摊铺速度等因素影响,沥青混凝土心墙层间结合温度损失过快,表面温度很难保持《水工碾压式沥青混凝土施工规范》(DL/T 5363—2006)规定的70℃以上。在此情况下,检验层间结合质量是否符合设计要求很有必要。为此,进行了有关试验研究,且经现场检验表明:在室外常温情况下,沥青混凝土心墙层间结合面温度降至常规温度40℃,不需人为加温,结合面施工质量亦符合设计要求。
During the placement of the asphalt concrete core wall in the dam of a water control project, the temperature loss is too fast to keep the surface temperature above 70 ~C specified in "Specifications for Construction of Hydraulic Roller Compacted Bituminous Concrete" (DL/T 5363--2006) due to the impacts from environment temperature, wind speed on the working surface, concrete placing speed, etc. Under this circumstance, it is necessary to test whether the quality of the interlayer bonding meets the design requirement. Therefore, the relevant experimental study is made, and then the in situ test shows that the con- struction quality of the interlayer bonding still meets the design requirement, when the temperature of the interlayer bonding surface of the core wall lowers to the normal 40 ~C without artificial heating.
