摘要
采用非线性有限元仿真分析方法,模拟水电站厂房坝段的实际工程情况,对厂房坝段施工期及运行期温度场与应力场进行了仿真计算,分析了厂房坝段分块浇筑等措施的效果,结果表明:厂房坝段顺河向分成4个浇筑块可大幅度降低最大温度应力值,通过合理设定不同浇筑块的施工次序,分块浇筑措施可满足厂房坝段温控防裂要求。
Based on nonlinear finite element simulation analysis, the actual construction of the dam section of powerhouse for hydropower station in river channel is simulated; in which the temperature field and stress field of the powerhouse section during both the construction and the operation periods are calculated, and then the effect from the construction measure of block placement of concrete is analyzed as well. The result shows that the maximum thermal stress can be decreased in a large scale by the construction measure of placing the concrete of the powerhouse into four blocks. Through a reasonable determination of the concreting sequence for different placing blocks, the anti-cracking requirement of the temperature control on the construction of the powerhouse-dam section can be met by this kind of construction measure.
