摘要
近15年来，我们采用国产GF-1型管状吻合器进行食管胃弓上吻合共393例，失败3例，明显降低吻合口瘘，狭窄，出血等并发症，其发生率分别为0.5%，0.7%，0.2%，并较以往缩短手术时间，显著减少了颈部吻合口例数。本文重点对吻合失败及吻合口并发症的原因及防治作经验性介绍。
Over the past 15 years, we adopt the domestic GF-1 type tubular stapler for gastroesophageal anastomosis bow on a total of 393 cases, 3 cases failed, significantly reduce anastomotic fistula, stenosis, bleeding and other complications, the incidence rates of 0.5%, 0.7%, 0.2%, and a previous shorten operation time, reduce the number of cases of cervical anastomosis. This paper focuses on the anastomotic failure and anastomotic complications cause and prevention for experiential introduction.
