摘要
文章以实例来验证,在企业产品合格率低于公司目标的情况下,致力于研究如何运用统计过程控制方法和质量控制工具对企业生产过程中产生的不合格品原因进行查找,运用Minitab软件,绘制排列图、控制图等来进行原因分析判断,通过对产品生产过程中的质量控制和质量改进来提高产品的合格率,进而提高企业车间的生产效率,提高企业的产品质量水平。
In the case of product qualified rate is lower than the target of company, how to use statistical process control methods and quality control tools to find the cause of unqualified products in the production process was researched. Use of Minitab software, drawing order diagrams, control charts, etc. to analyze the cause of judgment. Improve the qualified rate of products though quality control and quality improvement in the production process, thereby improving their production efficiency and product quality. Practical examples were verified in this paper.
