井下废石对地表零排放系统工程 被引量:2

摘要 红透山铜锌矿的前身是红透山铜矿坑口,年产铜锌矿7 000 t,年产废石6万m3,其中60%提于地表,井下各采场年充填量17万m3,主要以尾砂充填,选厂年可供应充填尾砂约10万m3,采场充填量严重不足,同时废石提于地表造成严重环境污染,浪费大量运输提升能源,为解决此问题2,010年对井下废石系统进行彻底改造,以解决上述两个实际生产问题,同时废石对地表实现零排放。 Hongtoushan Cu - Zn Deposit , whose predecessor is Hongtoushan Copper Pithead, annually producing 7000 tons of eupreous zinc mine and waste rock 60,000 stere. 60% are collected from the surface, and the filling quantity in underground is 170, 000 stere. It is mainly filled with railings, but the chosen factory could only supplys tailings about 100,000 stere. The filling quantity is seriously insufficient, at the same time the waste rock collectd from surface causing serious environmental pollution, and waste a lot of energy. In 2010, the waste rock system in underground was thoroughly transformed , the above two practical problems in production were solve, and the zero discharge of waste rock was realized.
