快速康复理念在手辅助腹腔镜Dixon术围手术期的护理体会 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨快速康复外科护理措施在手辅助腹腔镜Dixon术围手术期的有效护理方法。方法 77例行手辅助腹腔镜Dixon术进行随机分为两组,快速康复护理组37例按快速康复外科理念护理患者;传统护理组40例按传统理念护理患者,对两组的临床护理效果进行比较分析。结果快速康复护理组术后离床活动时间、肛门排气时间、住院时间方面明显缩短并发症发生率下降。结论快速康复外科护理措施应用于直肠癌患者的围术期能明显减轻患者痛苦、减少并发症的发生、促进患者术后康复。
