摘要
研究了不同氯离子和钙离子浓度下活性污泥系统的沉降性能、COD去除率以及生物相变化规律。结果表明,对于COD为3 500 mg/L的废水,当Cl-<7 000 mg/L、Ca2+<3 940 mg/L时,COD去除率能达到90%以上,钟虫、轮虫等指示性微生物能在此浓度范围内生长、繁殖,污泥活性良好;当废水中Cl-和Ca2+质量浓度分别升至21 000、11 800 mg/L时,COD去除率下降至70.6%,此浓度范围内指示性微生物消失,嗜盐菌逐渐繁殖,活性污泥法仍具有明显的处理效果;继续升高废水中Cl-和Ca2+的浓度,COD去除率急剧下降,污泥解体,活性污泥系统趋于崩溃。
The settling property,variations of biofacies and COD removing rate of activated sludge systems with different Cl-and Ca2+ concentrations have been studied. The results show that when the COD is 3 500 rag/L, C1- mass concentration less than 7 000 mg/L and Ca2+ mass concentration less than 3 940 mg/L,the COD removing rate reaches above 90%. In this concentration range, vorticella, rotifer and other indicative microbes are able to grow and reproduce, the sludge has high biological activity. When the mass concentrations of CI-and Ca2+ increase to 21 000 mg/L and 11 800 mg/L, the COD removing rate decreases to 70.6%. In this concentration range,the indicative microbes disappear, and halophilic bacteria begin to reproduce, the sludge still has high activity. If the concentration of C1- and Ca2+ continued to rise ,the COD removing rate will fall sharply and activated sludge system will crumble.
