摘要
面对经济全球化趋势的深入发展和国际竞争的加剧,越南教育与培训部颁布了《2009-2020年教育发展战略草案》,对未来十多年教育事业的发展进行了全面谋划和前瞻性部署。该战略草案体现了可持续发展的教育理念,提出了"建设一个现代、科学、民族的越南教育"的战略目标,以及"改革教育管理"、"加强教师和管理队伍建设"等两项突破性策略和九项其他策略。
With the development of economic globalization and the intensification of international competition,the Vietnamese Ministry of Education and Training promulgated the ＂Draft of Education Development Strategy 2009-2020＂, which schemed and laid out the development of education in the next ten years. Based on the idea of sustainable development, the draf~ proposes that ＂to build a modem,scientific and national Vietnamese education＂ is the strategic objective, and formulates two top strategies,namely ＂ reform of educational management＂and ＂strengthening the construction of teacher group and management team ＂, and nine other strategies.
