高龄髋部骨折患者术后深静脉血栓形成的预防及护理

摘要 下肢深静脉血栓（Deep Vein Thrombosis,DVT）,是髋部骨折最常见、最严重的并发症之一[1,2]。据文献报道,如果未采取预防措施,髋部骨折术后DVT的发生率达35%-68%,其中约1%-2%会导致肺栓塞。如果未及时发现和治疗,血栓脱落可引起肺栓塞，严重者可直接导致猝死。因此，有效的预防和护理非常重要。2008年3月～2010年12月对58例髋部骨折患者采取综合措施，预防和护理DVT，取得满意效果，现报道如下。
