摘要
目的探讨音乐疗法在痔上黏膜环切钉合术中的应用效果。方法将择期行痔上黏膜环切钉合术患者100例，随机分成音乐组和对照组。音乐组入手术室后行常规护理及音乐治疗；对照组行常规护理，测量术前术中两组患者焦虑程度、血压及心率。结果音乐组与对照组比较，术前焦虑程度、血压、心率差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。术中音乐组与对照组比较，术中音乐组焦虑分值明显低于对照组，组问比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05），术中音乐组较对照组血压、心率波动幅度小，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论音乐疗法能缓解痔上黏膜环切钉合术中患者焦虑程度，稳定患者血压、心率，值得在临床推广。
Objective To discuss the effect of music therapy in procedures for prolapsing haemorrhoidectmy. Methods Dividing 100 patients who are going to take treatment of prolapsing haemorrhoidectomy into the music group and the control group randomly. The music group will be treated with both regular care and music therapy after they are in the operation room, while the control group is only treated with regular care. Measure the anxiety state, blood pressure and heart rate in the two groups before and in operation. Results There is no statistic significant difference of the anxiety state, blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups before operation （P 〉 0.05）. The anxiety state of the music group in operation is much lower than that in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and blood pressure and the fluctuation range of heart rate of the music group in operation are smaller than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Music therapy could relieve the anxiety state of patients in the procedures for prolapsing haemorrhoidectomy and stabilize blood pressure and heart rate of the patients, so it is worthwhile to promote the procedures for prolapsing haemorrhoidectomy in clinics.
