摘要
腹壁造口有效延长患者寿命的同时也严重的影响了患者术后的生活质量，而护理（术前、术后护理、心理护理、造口护理、自护能力、家庭护理等）直接影响着患者的生活质量。如何为患者提供一个全程、连续、动态、有个体化、针对性的护理，是护理人员应该关心和研究的重要课题之一。
Abdominal stoma can prolong patients＇life, but at the same time, it can influence the life quality of post -operation patients. The quality of nursing directly influenced the patients＇ life quality＇ including pre - and post -operation nursing, psychological nursing, self- nursing ability, home health care and abdominal stoma nursing. The nurses should study how to provide whole course, continuous, dynimie, individual and special nursing.
