摘要
宁夏生态移民迫切需要创新移民模式,化解移民人力资本低下的约束,走一条移民劳动力集聚,土地集聚和资本积聚的新路。本文基于此,结合宁夏红寺堡开发区生态移民的实际情况,对其进行经济评价,分析实施生态移民后农民的生活改善情况,最后提出化解对策。
Ningxia ecological immigrant urgently need innovation immigration patterns,dissolve the constraints of immigration human capital,walk on a new road of labor concentration,land immigration centralizing and capital accumulation.This paper based on this,combined with the actual situation of ecological emigration of Hongsibao development zone in Ningxia,the economic evaluation,analysis farmers life improvement after the implementation of ecological immigrant,and finally puts forward Resolving countermeasures.
