摘要
针对我国余热利用领域关键技术,收集了1985年～2010年的中国专利文献,在此基础上,对相关专利文献归纳、分析的总结,抽取出该技术领域在特定时期内的发展轮廓,并给出该技术发展趋势预测等,并就专利的保护与利用策略提出对策和建议。
This paper focuses on the key technology in waster heat utilizing field in China by collecting chinese patent literatures from 1985 to 2010.Based on the literature organizing and analyzing,this paper draws out the developing path for specific technology in its field and forecasts its developing tendency,and proposes solutions and suggestions on patent protection and utilizing strategy.
