局部晚期宫颈癌不同化疗方案同步化放疗的临床效果 被引量：5

摘要 目的探讨局部晚期宫颈癌每周顺铂方案、每四周顺铂加5-氟尿嘧啶方案同步放化疗的疗效及治疗依从性。方法 40例局部晚期宫颈癌患者随机分为每周顺铂同步放化疗组(A组)和每四周顺铂加5-氟尿嘧啶同步放化疗组(B组),每组各20例,比较两组的近期疗效、治疗依从性及不良反应。结果 A组中完全缓解(CR)16例、部分缓解(PR)2例、疾病稳定(SD)2例。B组中CR13例、PR 4例、SD 3例。两组有效率相仿。A组中完成≥5个周期、B组中完成≥2个周期化疗和给定放疗剂量85%以上的患者分别为18例、12例,A组优于B组(P<0.05)。A组不良反应发生率低于B组。结论局部晚期宫颈癌每周顺铂方案与每四周顺铂加5-氟尿嘧啶方案同步放化疗的近期疗效相似,但前者治疗依从性较好,不良反应发生率较低。
