硬膜外复合全麻可减少异氟醚吸收量的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探究硬膜外复合全麻方法的有利作用。方法选择妇科子宫内膜异位症患者,ASAⅡ~Ⅲ级29例,随机分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ2组,静吸复合全麻组(Ⅰ组,n=14),硬膜外复合全麻组(Ⅱ组,n=15)。记录术前与术中患者血压(BP)、心率(HR)变化,以及术中双频指数(BIS)和最低肺泡有效浓度(MAC)值,观察麻醉过程,记录并研究2组结果。结果Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组术中SBP、DBP、HR差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),Ⅰ组中BIS平均(54.58±8.37),MAC平均为(0.8679±0.2154)。Ⅱ组中BIS平均为(67.48±8.51),MAC平均为(0.3163±0.0062),2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论硬膜外复合全麻可减少异氟醚吸收量,减少药物浓度,减轻大脑的抑制程度。
