摘要
目前,我国污水处理厂正处于迅速发展时期,这对缓解水资源危机和保护环境有重要意义,但在运行管理和技术等方面有许多问题需要研究解决。内蒙古师范大学盛乐校区污水处理厂属微小型污水处理厂,除具有一般污水处理厂的共同特征外,有其特殊性。为了使该污水处理厂能够稳定、高效运行,发挥良好的社会和生态效益,文章从系统介绍我国污水处理厂建设现状和存在的问题入手,阐述了内蒙古师范大学盛乐校区污水处理厂运行过程中可能存在问题。针对这些问题,结合内蒙古师范大学的特点,从4个方面提出了应对策略和建议,即:污水循环利用,绿地灌溉与水景观联合应用,科技平台和学科建设,运行管理机制。
At present, sewage treatment plants in China are developing rapidly, which is of great significance to relieving water shortage and protecting environment. However, there are many problems in the operations and techniques of these plants. The sewage treatment plant of Shengle Campus of Inner Mongolia Normal University is a small one which has not only the general characteristics of most sewage treatment plants but also its specialties. In order to run it smoothly and efficiently, and to display its good social and ecological benefits, this article systematically introduces the construction of sewage treatment plants and the existing problems, elaborates the possible problems in its operation, and puts forward the following strategies and suggestions. They are recycling sewage, combining green irrigating and water scenery building, constructing scientific stage and carrying out disciplinary construction, and operating management mechanisms.
