摘要
纵观世界各国历史的发展,几乎每个国家都会遇到由于诸多因素导致的地区间的人口流动。但由于各国政治、经济、文化和地理等因素的差异,其移民开发的动因、经过及所带来的后果和影响也各不相同。纵观俄国西伯利亚300余年的征服开发史,移民运动贯穿始终,成为西伯利亚各方面发展的决定因素。国内外学者对西伯利亚移民开发的研究多侧重于移民政策及移民开发的后果和影响这一方面,对于导致人口迁移的动因及移民政策出台的原因等方面实质性的探讨研究则相对较少。
In as early as 19^th century the Russian ruling class had paid attention to the studies of Siberia which was an independent subject then. The emigration is one of the most important aspects in the studies for Siberia. In China the studies for Siberia hasn＇t begun until recently. Moreover, the studies for Siberia in China are weak, and the emphasis is often put on the process of the emigration in the eastern area in Russia and the consequences the emigration has brought. The studies for the causes for the emigration to Siberia and factors that influences the emigration to and development of Siberia are much fewer. This paper, with the analysis and study of the historical materials about the emigration to Siberia, attempts to completely and comprehensively analyze the causes and nature of the emigration to Siberia
